With over 15 years of clinical experience varying in social services, community mental health, school-based, and private practice she brings a blend of clinical skills allowing both her clinicians and clients to thrive. Her work centers on creating a calm, compassionate, and supportive space where people feel genuinely seen and understood. She helps adults move through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and the quieter emotional weight that can build over time.
