Life can feel overwhelming when your mind won't slow down, your emotions feel difficult to manage, or you're constantly trying to hold everything together. Nicki understands that sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing something needs to change, but figuring out where to begin.

Nicki works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. She also has training in grief and loss and recognizes how past experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to the world around us.

Her approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. Nicki believes therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming thoughts, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or simply trying to better understand yourself, she creates an environment where curiosity, compassion, and meaningful growth can take place.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, Nicki tailors each session to the unique needs of the person sitting across from her. Sometimes that means developing practical strategies to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, or navigate everyday challenges. Other times, it means slowing down to explore past experiences, relationship patterns, and the deeper emotions that may be influencing the present.

Nicki recognizes that meaningful change doesn't happen overnight. She values meeting clients where they are, celebrating progress along the way, and helping them build greater self-awareness, confidence, and trust in themselves. Her goal isn't to tell you who to be, but to help you feel more connected to who you already are while developing the tools to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Above all, Nicki believes that therapy is about connection. She strives to create a supportive, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning after some time away, Nicki welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow.
