It’s common to believe that we should only start therapy once we’ve figured out exactly what’s wrong, or how to fix it. But that expectation can keep many people stuck waiting until they have the “right” words, or a clear plan, before reaching out.

The truth is: you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. In fact, therapy is often where the clarity begins.

You might feel overwhelmed, but can’t quite explain why. You might be going through changes that don’t feel as exciting as you expected. Or maybe you just feel off or not like yourself, but not sure what’s missing. These are all valid reasons to seek support.
